Training and Placement cell is an integral part of our university. The cell plays a vital role in bringing the students and industrial community together for a mutually satisfying employment relationship. It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students of the university for their successful career. The training and placement cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its graduates and post graduates in their efforts to find employment. It developed and directed towards mediating interface between the institute and industries.

The objectives of Placement & Training cell :
- Facilitate a process of inviting organizations to AKS University for campus selection.
- Sensitize students on ongoing basis to global and national trends in employment and skill-needs in diverse industries/sectors.
- Develop students’ Technical knowledge and soft skills to meet the corporate recruitment requirements & processes.
- To motivate students to develop their overall personality in terms of career planning, goal setting which will stand them in good stead even after getting the job.
- To organize training and development programmes in order to hone students’ skills and transform them into professionals.
- To motivate students to aspire for higher studies and guide them to take competitive examinations and professional certifications.
- Aim for placing maximum number of students through campus & off-campus interviews conducted by leading companies.
- Enhance industry institute interaction through various industrial visits of faculty members and students; and through inviting Industry executives to AKS University as esteemed members of various University councils like Governing Council, Academic Council, as well as to address our faculty & students as invited speakers.
