Started by an eminent promoter-team who have an enviable track-record of running several leading-edge under-graduate and post-graduate programs over the last 16+ years under the banner of Rajiv Gandhi Group of Institutions, the AKS University is poised to take-off with 11 Faculties including in Engineering & Technology, IT, Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities; and with annual intake of 3000 students in diverse traditional and innovative disciplines like IT, BT, Cement Technology, Environment Engineering, Food Technology, Gemology.
AKS University is focused on Thinking Global and Acting Local through use of global best practices in curriculum design, teaching, pedagogy, academic administration and through global linkages with leading institutions & companies. The University aims to be an acknowledged powerhouse of knowledge for locally important issues & resources like Cement Industry, Mines, Forests and Flora, and for development of the human assets represented by large youth population.
